8.1.2 Right to Rectification/Correction, Completion and Updation: Subject to certain conditions, and where we have relied on your consent to process your Personal Data, or where you have voluntarily provided your Personal Data for a specified purpose, you have the right to request: (a) correction of any inaccurate or misleading Personal Data; (b) completion of incomplete Personal Data; and (c) updation of your Personal Data, we hold about you.

8.5 We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. Please ensure your request for exercise of rights includes sufficient information to verify your identity (such as your registered phone number or any identification number, if available). We may take reasonable steps to authenticate your identity before acting on your request. We may decline to process requests that are frivolous, unreasonably repetitive, burdensome or risk privacy or impact the rights of others.
9.1 We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected (as outlined in this Statement), unless we are required to retain your Personal Data to comply with our legal/statutory obligations and/or resolve disputes. The retention period may vary depending on the type of data and its purpose, as per applicable data protection laws
9.2 Where Personal Data is collected via job referrals, it is processed solely for recruitment purposes. For data collected through referrals, we will obtain the explicit consent of the referred individual via our portal before processing their Personal Data for recruitment purposes. You may revoke this consent at any time by emailing us at privacy@pdsltd.com. PDS will only process referral data for recruitment purposes and ensure that such processing complies with applicable data protection laws.
9.3 Upon expiration of the applicable purposes and retention period, Personal Data will be securely deleted or archived in accordance with legal and statutory requirements.
9.4 We will notify you at least forty-eight (48) hours before deleting your Personal Data. Your Personal Data will be erased upon expiry of such period unless you initiate contact with us for the performance of the specified purpose or otherwise exercise your rights in relation to your Personal Data.
